Weekend Brunch

Our brunch menu contains many delicious selections. Most of them will be familiar to you if you are a devotee of brunch which is a bit of an institution in New Orleans. From savory grillades and grits to crabmeat and spinach quiche and any number of fresh fruit and pastry options, we can get it done and done elegantly and deliciously!
Brunch is based on four hours--shopping, food prep and presentation. Your brunch should be scheduled 3 weeks in advance. If you require your selections to be presented and plated on a buffet, Boulet Gourmet will charge a minimum of $100 plus the cost of the brunch items. Additional waiter/bartender services are available for a fee and need must be determined at the time the event is scheduled.

When the selections are confirmed and the date is selected, the client will need to fill out a client contract
and a client health form and submit these with the payment in full. Any additional services must be paid at the end of the event.
