Brunch is based on four hours--shopping, food prep and presentation. Your brunch should be scheduled 3 weeks in advance. If you require your selections to be presented and plated on a buffet, Boulet Gourmet will charge a minimum of $100 plus the cost of the brunch items. Additional waiter/bartender services are available for a fee and need must be determined at the time the event is scheduled.
When the selections are confirmed and the date is selected, the client will need to fill out a client contract and a client health form and submit these with the payment in full. Any additional services must be paid at the end of the event.
