Cocktail Buffets
These elegant affairs are a specialty of our chef, who has worked as a caterer for many years. These events can be either afternoon or evening affairs and Boulet Gourmet will arrive two hours prior to the event to set up for the arrival of your guests.
Boulet Gourmet takes great pride in the presentation, quality and selection of all ingredients. We prefer to use seasonal fresh ingredients and each menu is customized to the client's wishes. Many different themes are possible, please see our cocktail party sample menu in our Menu Selections tab at the top of the page for some examples.

Pricing is based on menu selected, additional fees may be charged for waiter/ bartender service . Flowers and rental of china, linens, etc can also be arranged for an additional fee.
